ABOUT MY LOVESTORY…
Conrad and I met when he befriended my brother. We didn't see each other often, and we were both still in a relationship. A couple of years later, we were both single. One day he came to say goodbye to my brother because he was going backpacking in Scotland and Canada. I was very interested in his travels and added him on Facebook to follow his adventures. When he came back, we talked about his experiences, and he asked me out on a date! (With my brothers' permission, of course) Our first date was at the cinema followed by drinks. I felt like I'd known him my whole life, and I had never felt like that before. On our second date, he made me home-cooked lasagna and we found out that we had so much in common. From our desire to travel and love for nature, I felt an amazing connection. The rest, as they say, is history!
A couple of years ago, we got all dressed up and went to take pictures on a mountain top in Norway! Little did I know he was going to propose. We climbed up to get a good view, and he popped the question. I was oblivious to his plans, but I didn't hesitate to say YES! He's my best friend and partner in crime. He supports my crazy ideas and always lifts me when I'm feeling down. I believe in unconditional love and being there for each other in the good and the bad times. We have been through a lot and both value experiences over things. We are both crazy about hiking, exploring, travel, skiing, reading, gardening, cooking, and our dog Arya! ;)
